Requirements

• Develop applications for financial & payment products
• Update, repair, modify and develop existing software and generic applications
• Test sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended
• Adapt the program to new requirements, as necessary
• Consult manuals, periodicals and technical reports to learn new ways to develop programs and maintain existing skills and knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in backend software development
• Experience with any of the following languages: PHP, Java, Kotlin or Go
• Database - PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Ingenuity and creativity
• Logical approach to problem solving
• Attention to details
• Tenacity and patience
• Good communication skills, including the ability to convey information to non-technical colleagues in a concise and clear way
• Good English - written and spoken
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics (nice-to-have)

Requirements

• Building relationships with potential new customers through various channels (email, telephone, video and personal visits)
• Identify promising leads, both inbound and outbound
• Conduct initial sales talks and product demonstrations
• Carry out requirements analysis and ensure product fit
• Responsible for the organization and answering of tenders & RFPs
• Negotiate commercial and legal aspects
• Provide feedback to help improve product and service offerings

Qualifications & Experience

• Min. 4 years of experience in B2B sales in the software / payments area
• Experience in the online payments and / or eCommerce industry highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• English spoken and written at an advanced level
• Technical understanding to be able to lead confident discussions
• Willingness to travel, customer visits on a global level and trade fair visits
